What is quantification?

Updated:

Quantification refers to measuring the abundance of transcripts, genes, or proteins from sequencing data. It estimates gene- and isoform-level expression from RNA-seq reads to produce analysis-ready matrices. Foundry packages results as counts and TPM for DE, GSEA, and visualization (IGV/DEBrowser), alongside Picard/RSeQC QC summaries.
